• Erasmo Tovar Angarita, Colombian native of San Antonio Tolima, studied Comprehensive Health Education and Leadership, RGM. P00327, have been trained in various social fields. Currently coordinates a social programs that benefit Five Thousand People Over 50 Years in the Capital District, in coordination with the National Police, with the backing of Mr Uribe Presidnte. On August 16, 1999, in the south of Bogotá, gave opening for FUTURE FOUNDATION CIUDAD BOLIVAR, Social Entity nonprofit, benefiting more than 7000 people from the slums, founded and coordinated by several years the Plan sponsors National Police of Colombia, in the first semester of 2003 he served as Instructor of Plan Colombia, Youth in Action Programme of the Presidency of the Republic. Similarly in MISSION BOGOTA made a coordinated job actions for Coexistence with Civic Youth Guides Local Area Management Office of the Mayor of Bogota. On July 17, 2003 unfortunately was arrested and unjustly deprived of liberty for 1414 days during that period of time was devoted to social work in favor of the Internal Resocialization, coping with dignity and altruism to justice, not only to defend his honor, also for the defense of all who have been victims of the enemies of social good, he served as Instructor at the College Educational Juan XXIII, Institution Operating License issued by the Education Department of Boyacá, taught more than 600 students, Drawing Art. 400 of them exceeded Goals.

Is a lover of life and humanity, promoting Christian education and training through seminars, Health, Aesthetic, honesty, integrity and neatness is his legacy. He currently teaches Drawing and Painting Art. Every Saturday along with his Support Group and the National Police moves to different parts of the city with a high mobility, giving free lunch to hundreds of people over 50 years.
